There are no federal guidelines in place for gifted education leaving identification procedures and program evaluation to the discretion of each state. For that reason, supplementing your child's learning at home, through outside programs and resources, is even more critical. Continue to seek departments, groups, and organizations which aim to provide structure and guidance for gifted education implementation. The following resources are great starting points.
