WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typically, products will ship within 24 hours of order receipt and customers will receive a confirmation email/tracking number. Shipping is standard and will take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive if the designated location is in or near California. Shipping can take 4-7 business days for those in other states. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please notify us at our email address.

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE AGE RANGE FOR THE BOOKS?

We incorporate challenging vocabulary and subliminal literacy skills into our work, so our books are most suitable for ages 8 and up to read independently. This has been confirmed by several readability checkers. Gifted children, especially, will value our approach. Also, as is the tradition with babies and toddlers, our books can still be read to little ones. Try allowing your child to view the vibrant illustrations whilst providing your own, shortened commentary.

YOU MENTION THAT THE BOOKS ARE ESPECIALLY SUITED FOR GIFTED CHILDREN. WHY IS THAT?

Gifted children develop asynchronously meaning that they may be several years ahead of their peers in certain concepts yet still childlike in other areas. Our books combine innocent, friendly pictures with occasions of academic vernacular. On the surface, our stories are simple and fun, but all our books contain profound themes. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE BOARD BOOKS AS YOUR PREFERRED FORMAT?

Although board books are normally considered to be a literary format for infants/babies, our stories appeal to an older audience. They are the best option for our overall mission. Board books:

• are less susceptible to tearing

• have the durability to sustain weathering and withstand time (we desire for our books to be around for decades)

• make colors and graphics come alive

• bring back a memory of childlike charm for adult readers

And most importantly, we use this format because we are not afraid to stand out and challenge the status quo!

HOW ARE YOUR BOOKS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BOARD BOOKS?

We have created our own niche which does not conform to any one standard of writing. For example, we not only utilize end rhymes, but we employ internal and slant rhymes as well. We combine short, choppy sentences with more detailed and varied sentence structures. Because we seek to be a source of universal entertainment, we have taken the liberty of combining various elements such as imagery, hyperbole, dialogue, metaphors, and other literary devices.

HOW MANY BOOKS WILL YOU PRODUCE? WHEN WILL THE NEXT COLLECTION DEBUT?

We release six books at a time as a collection. We intend to write and release books for the foreseeable future (at least until our muse turns 18 years old). HOW LONG ARE YOUR BOOKS?

Each book is 8 pages front and back, including the covers. In total, there are 16 pages.

HOW ARE YOUR BOOKS MADE/PRODUCED?

We work with the printing company Pint Size Productions. After we create our books, they use a professional printing press and send all publications to our headquarters. As each order is placed through our website, the Levi&Toonk team packs and ships them ourselves. Every purchase is then sent directly to you with our love and personal touch.

DO YOU ONLY OFFER BOOKS FOR PURCHASE?

At this time, we only offer books for purchase (enrichment activities will always remain free). We intend to eventually add more themed products in the future such as: t-shirts, bags, and growth charts!

DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT PROMOTIONS/SALES/DISCOUNTS?
